Exchange Policy

1. You may request an exchange within 24 hours of delivery
2. Items must be unworn and with original tags
3. For exchanges outside Karachi, the customer covers return shipping costs

Refund Policy

1. Alahra does not offer cash refunds
2. Refunds may also apply if a unique item is found to be defective during our quality control process

Order Cancellation

1. You may cancel your order at any time before it is processed by Alahra
2. Alahra reserves the right to cancel orders in cases of:
- Out-of-stock items
- Pricing errors
- Defective items in quality control
